Super Cops is based on actual events that occurred from the mid 1970s to early 1980s in what was considered one of the most dangerous cities in America at the time, El Paso, Texas.

The events involved many new developments such as Trauma Treatment and Centers, blood testing was being contested, and Alcohol Breathalyzers were just being implemented. New forensic sciences were being developed rapidly and EMS came into the picture.

The Mexican Cartel moved freely back and forth from Mexico to Texas, and so did undocumented Mexican citizens. El Paso was a poor city whose residents lived on very low wages and was compounded by undocumented Mexican citizens who were even more poor, so crimes such as robbery,and burglary were at an all time high. People were violent and tempers were short due to their poor and frustrated lives.

I received nine letters of commendation for outstanding arrests; most officers in America never even get one their entire career. The topics are varied and interesting and will touch most every emotion including laughter,tears, disgust, and resentment, to name a few.

The most common feedback I receive is the comment, “This is very interesting reading”. This also includes my accomplishments in Mexico, because I did acquire and do have both State and Federal permissions to Possess, Own and Carry Firearms in Mexico.

From my conversations with the officials in power in Mexico who granted me those rights, I was the only foreign citizen to have those rights at that time. I hope you enjoy the interesting reading.
